Looks like a milder winter this year. The current models and yes they can change but it shows no real snowstorms or even really cold air for MidAt Area and actually on the east coast through the end of January 2016. There will be storms but it will produce rain since the temperatures will be mild.
Temperatures will be well above normal in the 50's and possibly 60's. Even northern states will have a drought in snow as well.
We'll see what happens and come back to this post and see if I was right.

So far it's been a mild winter. Dec was way above normal and above normal rains. Jan is starting off cold but it won't last but a few days. I wonder is we will get any big snows this winter?

Our local met. say we should get at least 20in this winter. I really don't see this playing out but you never know esp in Feb.
