Is winter now over. The rest of Feb looks mild with a few normal days. So, can we say winter is over. It's going to be tough for winter to come back with the way the weather patterns are now. The arctic air is back in the arctic and might not return. I know March is tricky with freak snows, but we might be done with winter.

I say put a fork in winter. It's done. Not saying it won't get near normal or a possible dusting of snow in the future, but looks like it is over.

On the radar is was cool how the cold arctic air mass lifted out of the USA and into Canada. Winter is done. We'll be at the halfway point of Feb and it'll be warm for a least 2 more weeks and then the sun will be out longer, lower in the sky.

If we get through the 21Feb normally get a big snow this date, you can say bye bye winter.
