Looks like a miss for the MidAtl area. Maybe a brief start as snow but the main system will crank up further North. NYC could get 1 foot. The Low is too far East and as it goes up the coast will bring in milder air aloft. Could be a chilly, rainy damp afternoon in the Baltimore area.
Maybe the next storm we'll get something.

We got nothing either. I am sorta glad. I hate to shovel when it's 3 feet high.
