I agree. There is a slight chance March starts out colder but I agree winter is finished.

Warmer this week, 70s to low 60's. There is rumor of a colder March. We'll see.

A few snow systems but nothing for our area. The time change and longer days, winter is now probably over. Spring is coming next week.

Sleet today. And a little snow tomorrow. Maybe more then a few inches. This has been a weird winter.
