We have to watch this storm real close. Not wishcasting yet for a snowstorm but we could have a real good chance if it can hit the coast and we will have cold air in place. The further to the coast it runs and not up through the mountains, the cold air for snow will be in place. It is still days out but here are some maps. One model for snow depth for the storm

The Clipper will seal the deal for this. Remember, models are still focusing on tonight's storm and the clipper before this potential beast... so like all storms, we will have a good idea come Sunday/Monday.

162 hrs still shows something except with this run all the heavy prec is out to see or up North. We don't want it to go that far OTS.

I have been watching this too. Glad you made some posts. I am not biting on this one yet. Remember last winter. In one run here it's way OTS but some prec. This one we gotta watch. What is the EURO doing?

The storm will bring its own cold air I'm not worried about the big cities. This is a nice run but way to early to take it for more than its worth. More runs to go.
